Cerita... Singgang Daging
- 200 g daging
- 2 ulas bawang merah (dihiris halus)
- 2 ulas bawang putih (dihiris halus)
- 1 keping asam keping a.k.a. gelugor
- 3cm lengkuas (ditumbuk kasar)
- 3cm halia (dihiris halus)
- 3 batang serai sederhana besar (dititik)
- 500ml air
- Garam & gula utk perisa
Cara-cara
- Bersihkan daging dan hiris nipis (1cm tebal).
- Masukkan semua bahan kecuali garam dan gula. Rebuskan sehingga air menggelegak. Perlahankan api dan reneh untuk seketika lagi.
- Masukkan garam dan gula. Kacau seketika. Tutup api dan hidangkan.
