Executive – Group Renewal Business
(Employee Benefit, Medical & Claims Management)

Job Responsibilities

· Administer Group Renewal Business which comprising Group Term Life, Group Hospital Surgical, Retirement Benefits, Credit and one year renewal term
· Assist the Section Head to manage and organize the resources of staff for maximize efficient and cost effective result
· Ensure the turnaround time on policy issuance and policy endorsement are achieved
· Dealt with Company Panel Third Party Administration (TPA) and ensure the medical card issuance is in order
· Ensure that all renewal notice are sent timely to secure renewal retention
· Motivate, train and counsel subordinate in order to achieve error - free on data entry and TAT
· Ensure the filing system is maintain and are in order on daily basis
· Give technical support and training to all branches and marketing unit
· Attend all correspondence, enquiry and complaint letter

Candidate’s Requirements

· Degree in any field, preferably Insurance – related and/ or Professional qualification (e.g Associateship of MII)
· At least 5 years’ experience in Insurance industry
· Well verse with regulatory guidelines (LIAM &BNM)
· Insurance and takaful product knowledge
· Ability to interpret policy contracts and alert to changes of medical techniques
· Possess good planning, execution and analytical skills and able to articulate well
· Has good interpersonal skill and leadership quality
